GOD'S GIFT: THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE

THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE - Moral & Inspirational Story This story you're about to read has an important lesson for you to learn. So, read it carefully... A young married woman whose husband was a wealthy man was expecting a birthday gift from her husband. For quite a number of months she had admired a very beautiful diamond ring in a showroom, and she knowing that her husband could afford it, if he would, told him that was all she wanted for her birthday, and nothing more. As her birthday was drawing nigh, this lady awaited signs that her husband had bought the diamond ring. At last, her birthday finally came. On the morning of her birthday, her husband called her into his room. He told her how proud he was to have such a good wife as her and told her how much he loved her. After telling her all sort of sweet talks, he finally handed her a beautifully wrapped gift box. Very excited and curious, the wife opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bi

CELL PHONE HISTORY

FOUR decades ago, two hands and a power cord were  needed to use the world's first mobile phone. Four minutes ago, you probably checked your  messages, sent an email, paid a bill and told the world  what you were doing at that exact moment, all from the  palm of your hand. Yesterday marked the 40th anniversary of the first  successful call from a mobile phone, which weighed 1kg. "The next phase that is emerging is wearing  technology," Telstra Southern Queensland area general  manager Nigel Beaman said, adding advancements are  showing no signs of slowing. New version of Internet addresses

Indian Registry for Internet Names and Numbers (IRINN) has started issuing next version ofInternet addresses 'IPv6', which would make it easy for security agencies to identify each Internet user. The Internet addresses under the present version IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4), are limited and service providers often assign single IP address to many users, making it difficult to identify the end user . "The number of IPv6 addresses available is enormous.ISPs (Internet Service Providers) can allocate an IP address to their users. People can be easily identified if they are using IPv6," APNIC Director (Services and Operations) Sanjaya said at the roadshow for new version IPv6 here today. APNIC, which is one of the five authorised bodies for issuing Internet addresses, has recognised Indian Registry for Internet Names and Numbers (IRINN) for issuing IP addresses in India. "We are issuing IPv6 addresses at up to 60 per cent less than prevailing rates in t

Facebook New Button Tested

It seems like Facebook is just testing out a whole bunch of new features, and it doesn’t look like it has any intention of stopping anytime soon. Today, it was discovered that Facebook is testing out a new button on the desktop version of its service. The new button appears on the top right of your Facebook page, right next to your profile link. The button pops up the “How are you feeling” post-a-status screen. The button was first discovered by Mashable’s Alex Fitzpatrick. The button appears to be rolling out to a small test group, and it’s still up in the air about whether or not this button will be rolled out to the rest of Facebook’s users. It allows users to update their status no matter which page they’re on. So if you’re on your friend’s Facebook page, and you just thought of something you want to send to the entirety of your Facebook friends list, you can just click the button to update your status. Many people are speculati
