The Chennai High court 150th year celebration was done successfully in 8th september 2012 we as for people we wish to more with justice long to the people. 

The High Court of Judicature at Madras was established under Charter issued by Her Majesty Queen Victoria, by virtue of powers conferred under the High Courts Act, 1861. Honourable Mr. Justice Colley Harman Scotland, as Chief Justice, inaugurated the High Court on 15th day of August, 1862, which also happens to be our Independence Day, 85 years later.

DRDO              (DEFENCE RESEARCH  & DEVELOPEMENT ORGANISATION) SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF PRITHVI-II MISSILE 4th october 2012 - Thursday  Surface to Surface, Ballistic Missile Prithvi-II, with a range of 350 Kms, was successfully flight tested at 9.10 A.M, from Launch Complex at ITR (Integrated Test Range), Chandipur in Balasore district of Odisha. The Dhanush missile can be used as an anti-ship weapon as well as for destroying land targets depending on the range   The DRDO developed Prithvi-II Missile is already inducted into the Armed Forces. The Strategic Force Command (SFC) has launched the Missile as part of exercise.
