ISRO Century Success...PSLV C-21

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)'s Century Success on sep 9 2012 .

 September 9 will be a historic day with the Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) taking up its 100th mission.

 Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) C 21---the PSLV-C21 will zoom into the sky at 
9.51 am on sep 9th 2012(Sunday).

 PSLV C-21 is the ISRO's 100th mission.

 India's 100th space - PSLV C 21 - carry two foreign satellites to space(France & Japan).

 100th mission in 49 years(62 satellites and flown 37 launch vehicles)

DRDO              (DEFENCE RESEARCH  & DEVELOPEMENT ORGANISATION) SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF PRITHVI-II MISSILE 4th october 2012 - Thursday  Surface to Surface, Ballistic Missile Prithvi-II, with a range of 350 Kms, was successfully flight tested at 9.10 A.M, from Launch Complex at ITR (Integrated Test Range), Chandipur in Balasore district of Odisha. The Dhanush missile can be used as an anti-ship weapon as well as for destroying land targets depending on the range   The DRDO developed Prithvi-II Missile is already inducted into the Armed Forces. The Strategic Force Command (SFC) has launched the Missile as part of exercise.
